KaoKhad Viewpoint

KaoKhad viewpoint 360 degree is located Ao Makham area. There is not popular viewpoint for both of original Phuket citizen and tourists because it just was established and its location is not in the zone of traveling place of Phuket. KoaKhad Viewpoint is commanding a 360 degree view of Phuket. There is a new and interested traveling place of Phuket. There has a limited time for entry-exit. There is close at 18.30 pm. There is lots of parking space. We must work their legs to reach the tower for seeing clear beautiful views of Phuket island.

So it's no wonder that they call this wonderful place Khao Khad View(s) Tower as there are so many things to see here. Like at the Big Buddha viewpoint, it's easy to see from here where the island's open-cast tin mines were located in times past and how they have filled in with rainwater, some now serving the municipality as water sources. Down the hill, overlooking Khao Khad Beach, there is a restaurant modestly called Best Food Good View where you can drink a beer and take in the views over Chalong Bay.
